Help your team be more than the sum of the parts. Whether you are leading a newly formed team or want to inspire or elevate an existing team’s capabilities, team coaching can help your leadership team to thrive. Teamwork means having purpose, alignment, and a commitment to lead and deliver success. Together.

A high performing leadership team drives organizational success by operating with open communication, collaboration and trust to achieve shared goals. The impact a strong leadership team has on culture, engagement and resilience makes all the difference in achieving success. Or not.

I’ve been there. Hoping my team will do better. But, Teamwork needs to be created and purposeful.

So, let’s talk about your team.

What To Expect

Why team coaching?

Team coaching is a collaborative process designed to improve the performance of a team, or to create an operating framework for a new team. Facilitated by a coach, the focus is on identifying strengths and addressing challenges with team dynamics, defining roles, and laying out the “rules of engagement.”

What Happens?

Working with the Team Leader, goals and outcomes are defined which determine the Team Coaching process. Typically, the first session is a half-day workshop followed by 3-6 monthly one hour sessions to embed new behaviors and ways of working.

What’s different?

Team members experience heightened self-awareness, greater mutual respect, increased accountability to each other, improved collaboration, healthier dialogue, faster problem-solving, improved morale and overall more fun! Your team will be better able to navigate complexities and thrive.

One more thing…

Integrating Assessment Tools (like DISC or Leadership Circle) can provide valuable insights into individual and team behaviors, communication styles and leadership competencies. Including assessments in the Team Coaching process can accelerate the path to defining areas of opportunities and creating sustainable growth.
