Being a leader isn't easy.  And sometimes a little help can make all the difference.  To be a more effective leader, to develop new skills, to take on a new role, to align a new team, to improve your communication/executive presence, to drive success, and so much more.

Coaching can help.  To look at a challenge through a new lens, to visualize what's possible, to figure out what needs to be done and who you need to be.

Coaching means having someone focused on you.  Someone to ask you powerful questions, challenge you, listen to you, help you accomplish your goals.   Someone who brings experience and can share proven tools, ideas, and approaches.  A partner who holds you accountable.

And I get it.  Because I've been there too.  Wanting more and wanting to do it better.

So take the next step and invest in you.

What to expect

Experience

You’ll get one-on-one guidance and support from a coach with business and coaching expertise. Typically a coaching relationship lasts 4-6 months (or longer) meeting 2-3 times a month to work on your goals--and yes, there is homework!

Accountability

Clients describe me as warm and intuitive, but also as someone who will absolutely help you hold yourself accountable to your goals.  And, I find that being able to laugh along the way can turn any experience into a better one!

Expertise & Guidance

We will explore approaches and strategies so that you can find what will help you achieve success for you, your team or your organization. This is where “the homework” between sessions comes into play as you experiment and learn.

The Real Deal

I will dive deeply, challenge you, and help you find the right path to commit to. I will ask the hard questions, bring a fresh perspective, and help you find the “aha moments.” Whether it’s a short journey or a longer one, I’ll work to support you as a partner.
