Assessment Tools

Look More Closely in the mirror. Gain deeper insights.

We think we know ourselves and how others perceive us. But do we really? Assessment tools can be helpful to understand your strengths, communication styles, areas for development. And the more you understand yourself, the easier it is to create your roadmap for growth, unleash your potential, and achieve your goals.

And that’s true for teams, too. Imagine what would be different with increased understanding of various team member’s communication styles, strengths, opportunities. It can mean improved collaboration, better discussions, more understanding and tolerance. And a team who knows how and is committed to helping each other to deliver on shared goals and organizational success.

We offer three assessment tools:

DISC is a simple and valuable tool that provides insights into individual communication styles, improving self-awareness and improving teamwork. DISC is a ~10-15 minute self-assessment that includes an in-depth summary report with a one-hour coaching interpretation session. One of the greatest benefits of DISC is understanding how to adapt to other styles and preferences which improves engagement and desired outcomes. DISC is very effective for individual and for teams.

The Leadership Circle Profile provides deep insights into leadership strengths and development areas, helping leaders understand how their behaviors and mindsets are impacting outcomes, and the gaps in their own perceptions. The LCP is based upon 360 feedback across 29 competencies, behaviors and tendencies (globally validated), and supported with a 90 minute interpretation session and 1-2 follow-up sessions to build a growth plan. The LCP is effective for individuals and teams committed to a growth journey.

When there is a desire for transformative leadership growth or if there are deep challenges existing with a leader or in a team, in-depth 360 interviews can be enlightening as a starting point for coaching. Typically these involve a minimum of 10-12 interviews (~45 minutes) to dive deeply, listen, ask questions, and gain an understanding of the broader picture. The feedback is summarized and discussed with the leader and the most effective next steps developed.
